PRACTICE & PHILOSOPHY

Systems Engineering for Production Infrastructure.

StackExpert delivers senior Linux systems engineering for high-traffic environments. We take direct operational responsibility for diagnosing bottlenecks, tuning core services, and stabilizing production systems.

INDEPENDENCE

Engineering Without Vendor Lock-In

Why StackExpert Is Not a Hosting Provider: we engineer directly on your existing cloud or bare-metal infrastructure—AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, OVH, or on-premises servers. Because we never sell hosting, VPS instances, or compute tiers, we have zero incentive to upsell hardware. Our sole objective is engineering efficiency, uptime, and kernel/stack-level stability.

01

Your Infrastructure

We operate directly on your existing cloud accounts or bare-metal fleet. You maintain full root control, asset ownership, and billing governance.

02

Senior Engineering

Direct technical access to experienced systems architects who diagnose kernel parameters, runtime memory pools, and database deadlocks without tiered support dispatchers.

03

No Vendor Lock-In

Every fix uses native Linux primitives (`systemd`, `sysctl`, standard daemon configs) and open standards. Zero proprietary agents, wrappers, or lock-in.

OUR PRINCIPLES

How We Approach Systems Problems.

Engineering standards that govern every configuration change, diagnostic trace, and incident mobilization.

PRINCIPLE 01

Root Cause Over Band-Aids

Restarting a daemon or adding RAM mitigates symptoms temporarily. We trace thread contention, memory leaks, and deadlock graphs to eliminate the root cause.

PRINCIPLE 02

Native Linux Primitives

We prioritize standard Linux tools (`systemd`, `sysctl`, `logrotate`, native vhosts) for transparent, auditable, and easily maintainable infrastructure.

PRINCIPLE 03

Client Ownership & Verifiability

You retain full root authority. Every engagement includes documented configuration changes and cryptographically verifiable technical findings.
